BONDS & LOAN NOTES

A corporate bond or loan note is essentially a loan made to a company by an investor. The trend shows that for future planning or in times of uncertainty, a fixed term and fixed interest payments is usually a popular option. Typically the loan is asset backed against an asset that far outweighs the value of the fund raise.

We work with companies that have proof of concept and an existing revenue stream that are going through a growth phase and subsequently in need of additional funding.

Our selection process includes an in depth assessment of the company’s board of Directors, track record and edge in their chosen discipline. Once we have identified that the companies that we are working with have a high probability of performing as expected we will pass on to our legal team.
