18 months ago I and my fellow directors approached HouseManage™. We had a bad experience with a managing agent in London. With HouseManage™ we have enjoyed a clearly different and refreshed service. They are extremly professional and always address all request in a timely manner. Our Block comprises 180 units and throughout the tender process (that includes four potential new agents) HouseManage™ was a standout winner for offering their dedicated services, they have improved the site’s management to a great extent and made our work easy.

Also, when it comes to a new expenditure they thoroughly do through the tender to offer the best value from the service charge. Overall it was a great experience!

When things go wrong (for example, burst pipes) they frequently go above and beyond the normal call of duty to get things rectified as quickly as possible.
