Strip-out and preparation
Prepare the property, remove old installations and coordinate structural work.
A complete HMO conversion at The Warren, delivered by House Manage and now let and managed by our team.
We stripped the house back and rebuilt it for a landlord client: six en-suite shower rooms, two kitchens, five in-room kitchenettes, new electrical and plumbing installations, and a full interior refurbishment.

The property was vacant during the works. Old kitchens, bathrooms and the boiler were removed, along with chimney breasts supported as part of the structural work. New partitions, wiring and plumbing created the foundation for six en-suite rooms.
We coordinated plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, plastering, tiling, flooring and decoration through one project team. House Manage also managed the HMO licence application.

Six rooms have their own en-suite shower rooms; five also have a kitchenette. Two full-size kitchens provide further cooking space.

Sequence the trades across shower rooms, kitchens and kitchenettes, followed by plastering, flooring and decoration.
Provide ongoing letting, property management and maintenance after the conversion.
Our management team now looks after the property, with repairs coordinated through the people who know the installations.
