SHORT TERM ACCOMODATION
House Manage Limited – Short-Term Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing House Manage Limited for your short-term rental needs. To ensure clarity and protect the interests of all parties, please review and agree to the following terms before completing your booking.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Non-Refundable After 60 Days: Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable, and House Manage Limited will retain the full amount of the booking.
- Cancellation During Stay: Once a booking has commenced, it is strictly non-refundable. Guests may cancel their stay; however, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the booking.
2. Payment Policy
- Full Payment Required: All bookings must be paid in full before the stay can commence. Payment deadlines and methods will be communicated during the booking process.
3. Deposit Policy
- A security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount varies by property and is stated on the booking page of each property. The minimum deposit amount is £200 GBP.
- Deposits will be refunded within 7-10 business days after check-out, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or other policy violations have occurred.
4. Rental Agreement
- All guests must sign a rental agreement before their stay. By signing, guests agree to the terms outlined in this policy and any property-specific rules.
5. Damages and Liability
- Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay. If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, guests are required to pay the full cost to rectify any issues.
- Damages may include, but are not limited to, structural damage, broken furnishings, lost or damaged keys, and excessive cleaning fees due to failure to adhere to check-out procedures.
6. No-Show Policy
- If guests fail to check in within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, House Manage Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain all payments made.
7. Occupancy and Conduct
- The maximum occupancy for each property is strictly enforced and specified in the property listing.
- House Manage Limited enforces a no-party policy at all properties. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors and local laws.
- Smoking is prohibited inside all properties.
8. Pets
- Pets are only permitted in properties listed as pet-friendly. Guests must disclose any pets during the booking process. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation without refund.
9. Check-In and Check-Out Times
- Check-in and check-out times are as stated on the property listing. Early check-ins or late check-outs may incur additional fees and must be approved in advance.
10. House Rules Compliance
- Guests must comply with all house rules provided at the property or during the booking process. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.
11. Force Majeure
- House Manage Limited is not liable for cancellations, interruptions, or modifications to bookings due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
