The right service depends on the property and the work involved. We provide a written proposal so you can understand the fee, what is included and which costs are separate.
We discuss the property type, number of units or rooms, tenancy arrangements and required support. Let-only and ongoing management are separately scoped.
Project fees and works costs depend on the brief, design, site conditions and approvals. Your proposal identifies inclusions, exclusions and the change-approval process.
Guaranteed rent is assessed separately. The rent, term, conditions and allocation of responsibilities are set out in a specific written agreement.
An online rental estimate is a guide to potential gross rent, before management fees, VAT where applicable and property costs. Case-study investment ranges describe particular projects; they are not quotations for another property.
