House Manage brings together property management, lettings and construction expertise for landlords, investors and homeowners across London and Croydon. We help clients look after existing properties and plan the improvements that support their next stage.
A well-managed property needs more than a tenant or a completed building project. It needs clear responsibilities, practical maintenance decisions and communication that helps the owner understand what is happening. Our services connect these stages, from preparing a home to letting, managing and improving it.
Founder and Director. Du’wayne leads House Manage’s property management and construction work, drawing on hands-on experience of refurbishment, HMO conversions and the ongoing operation of rental properties.
At The Warren in Aldershot, House Manage completed a six-room HMO conversion, followed by letting and ongoing management. In Addiscombe, Croydon, our work included a rear extension, kitchen and bathroom improvements, whole-house refurbishment and garden works.
