What should you know before starting?
Planning and Building Control are separate processes. Our coordination brings them into the project plan, with HMO licensing considered separately where relevant.
A defined service and clear responsibilities. We agree the support, appointments and fees before starting. Statutory approvals, specialist design and certification are carried out by the relevant authorities and appointed competent professionals. Planning consent and Building Control sign-off depend on the individual project and are not guaranteed.
